Customer Engineer

Salt is looking for Customer Engineer to join our leading client on a 12 months extendable contract.
As a Customer Engineer, you will be a trusted advisor to customers and prospects and an expert advocate for our security solutions. In this role, you'll know our security portfolio inside-and-out and provide support to C-level leaders, Security leaders, Cloud Security Architects and Security analysts, accompanying customers in discovering the technology/solution and consult around the best way to secure and ensure compliance.
**Skill/Experience/Education**
Mandatory
2+ years of experience in positions pre-sales engineering selling cybersecurity products to customers Be able to speak expertly about the anatomy of a cybersecurity attack Have a solid understanding of cybersecurity and the tactics and techniques used to breach customer environments Shift styles to easily communicate with customer security engineers and executives alike Seeks to understand first and is fearlessly inquisitive to achieve understanding Feel at ease presenting to large audiences both remotely and in-person Eagerness to create and document procedures for internal/ external resources Enthusiasm to work with marketing & sales for product webinars Lead enablement sessions for internal teams and be a product evangelist
Desired
Speak Mandarin, Japanese or Korean fluently Security industry certifications such as CEH, OSCP, CISSP Knowledge of threat intelligence technologies and product offerings Have previous experience managing SOAR/EDR/Endpoint/SIEM platforms Ability to travel, including international, if necessary
