Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Lead or support Business Central implementations, upgrades, and support projects.
- Work directly with clients to understand their business processes and requirements.
- Perform fit-gap analysis and translate business needs into functional specifications.
- Configure Business Central modules including Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Jobs, Manufacturing, and Warehousing (as applicable).
- Conduct data migration planning and execution.
- Develop and deliver functional documentation, training materials, and end-user training.
- Assist with testing, issue resolution, and go-live support.
- Collaborate closely with technical consultants, developers, and project managers to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Stay current on Business Central updates and Microsoft ecosystem innovations.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2-5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV.
- Deep understanding of one or more of the following: Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Project Management modules.
- Strong business analysis and process mapping skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in full lifecycle ERP implementations (at least 2).
- Proficiency in writing functional specs and training documentation.

Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Certifications in Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Experience with Jet Reports, Power BI, or other reporting tools.
