**Preferred Qualifications**

Responsible for conducting applied research in scientific area of focus. Investigating applicable solutions through rigorous, protracted studies and ensuring that a quality, integrated solution is delivered in a timely manner, at budget, and to our client's satisfaction. This involves working closely with the client to understand and manage their expectations, as well as working closely with Oracle and third-party vendors to ensure delivery.

Bachelors or Advanced degree in a discipline relevant to area of focus and at least 7 years’ experience in Market Research, either agency or client side. Depending on the job there may be additional minimum requirements and/or preferred qualifications.

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- To lead and grow significant client relationships, driving profitable growth in line with strategy.
- Deliver clear, impactful recommendations and guidance to clients.
- Ensure the high quality delivery of engagements, while adopting cutting edge methodologies.
- Line management responsibilities of research team members
- Provide consulting to clients and ensure the projects provide best answers to client question
- Actively manage client expectations and implications regarding costs, timings, confidently leading conversations around 'scope creep'
- Responsible for leading and growing key client relationships. Proactively seeking out new and repeat business opportunities
- Lead by example, winning and delivering with key clients as required
- Develop most appropriate methodology for answering client brief (or need)
- Write impactful proposals
- Prepare and deliver impactful pitches.
- Ensure project pricing reflects the expected profitability of the project & realistic time required for it.

- Ensure the quality of complex research materials.
- Provide guidance and direction to team members
- Accountable for project quality and profitability.
- Ensure projects are delivered to time and budget to maximise job profitability and timely revenue recognition
- Manage costing and pricing for success - strong awareness of profit and GM drivers, lead corrective measures as appropriate
- Active involvement in project budgeting & profitability monitoring, revise with client & ECP where required
- Lead project kick off and anticipate solutions for challenging discussions
- Ensure team delivers excellence to clients consistently and on time.
- Generate storytelling/insights which go beyond study results
- Follow up with clients after deliverables are sent to ensure client satisfaction and explore new opportunities
- Provide guidance and leadership to team members on developing great relationships.
- Ensure junior team members are given the best learning opportunity on projects
- Oversee a talent and organizational development plan which ensures the team can fulfil its growth ambitions and maintain an engaged and motivated employee

Bachelors or Advanced degree in a discipline relevant to area of focus, plus 4 year related work experience. Minimum Qualifications: At least 6 years Total combined related work experience and completed higher education. Depending on the job there may be additional minimum requirements and/or preferred qualifications
