Principal Ai Assurance Consultant, Ai Assurance

We are looking for an experienced and reliable assurance consultant who can be one of our first hires for a new venture to help companies test and audit their AI systems. We are looking for a track record of managing delivery of complex audit or software deployments to large enterprise and government customers.
YOU WILL
- Be responsible for delivering AI test evaluations for our largest and most important customers, covering qualitative and quantitative aspects of AI assessment.
- Own projects from start to finish, staying consistently apprised of customer needs and adjusting plans as required based on customer feedback, including creating pitches and proposals, scope of work writing, technical scoping, architecture design, report writing and documentation.
- Communicate with and effectively manage stakeholders both within the company and from our customers with the goal of making our first customers our biggest advocates.
- Define and shape the service offering.
- Define processes and standards for delivery.
- Grow the business by identifying new customers, pitching our solutions to them and convincing them that we are the ideal AI assurance provider to work with.
YOU ARE ABLE TO
- Champion the voice of the customer. You never take the customer literally but are constantly curious about their underlying pain-points, even if they can’t articulate it.
- Bring new ideas and be willing to adapt to feedback and ideas from others including the internal team and customers.
- Execute in a timely manner and keep our customers engaged.
- Lead by example regardless of whether you are a manager or individual contributor. You want to work with passionate and talented individuals and people want to work with you.
- Communicate in an open, frank and respectful manner.

- Navigate uncertainty by being willing to explore, while remaining laser focused on the mission at hand.
YOU HAVE
- At least ten years of technical consulting, audit or advisory experience with large enterprises and have executed on services deliverables.
- A strong technical aptitude, ideally with technical individual contributor experience in software engineering, data science, cybersecurity or privacy assurance.
- Have exceptional skills and track record in consulting, facilitation, project management and stakeholder management.
- Specific experience with ethical or responsible AI is not essential but a plus. We value individuals who have varied experiences in different roles.
