Role Overview

Lead Quality Assurance Engineer

Our team is looking for a skilled and experienced Lead Quality Assurance Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development principles, testing methodologies, and quality assurance practices.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing functional and performance test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure software functionality and quality for in-house developed software products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop manual and automation test plans for machine learning/deep learning models and software applications
  • Conduct regular regression tests to ensure that changes to software do not adversely affect existing functionality
  • Identify, document, and report issues and defects in the software and track them to resolution
  • Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to understand product requirements and ensure they are met

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate/tertiary qualification in computer science, engineering, information systems or other quantitative/analytical fields
  • 0-8 years of solid practical QA experience working in a product and software engineering teams
  • Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle, QA methodologies, tools, and processes with hands-on experience in test automation tools and frameworks
  • Knowledge of emerging AI-related technologies and trends
