**The Opportunity**

As a member of the Body & Paint department and reporting to Manager - Administration, your main responsibility will be providing administrative support in the areas of insurance claims. This is to ensure efficient operation of the function to meet customer demands.

**Responsibilities**:

- Timely and accurate submission of GIA E-filing, within the same day upon receipt of request.
- Timely opening and closing of job card and return to respective personnel. Audit job envelopes to ensure completeness of contents in envelope.
- Open purchase orders accordingly to audit requirements; ensures date, description and amount is accurate.
- Timely order of items necessary for the workshop, such as number plate.
- Billing/ credit note of invoices in accordance to audit requirements. Audits invoices to ensure accuracy of billing.
- Compiling purchase orders related to operation and facilitate documents to accounts for payment.
- Conduct third party vehicle insurance company search.

- Minimum GCE 'O' Level with relevant administrative experience
- Proficient in MS Office and meticulous with numbers and details oriented
- Great teammate with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work in operational environment & enjoys working with people
- Enjoys learning and working in a high-energy and performance driven environment
- Enthusiastic, focused and committed to do your best
- Ability to handle ambiguity and confidentiality
- Understands and strikes a balance between being an individual and a team member
