**Roles & Responsibilities
As a implementation manager for a warehouse management system (WMS), there are several key responsibilities that are essential to ensuring customer satisfaction and success. Firstly, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers who have implemented the WMS, building and maintaining strong relationships with them. Acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for their needs is crucial in this role. Secondly, you will ensure that any issues are addressed in a timely and effective manner. Providing guidance and support to customers on best practices for using the WMS to optimize their warehouse operations. Additionally, acting as a liaison between the customer and the vendor, facilitating communication and ensuring that all parties are informed and aligned on project status, timelines, and goals is crucial. You will monitor customer usage of the WMS, identifying opportunities for improvement and making recommendations to enhance their experience. Conducting regular check-ins with customers to review performance metrics, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement is another key responsibility. Furthermore, assisting with onboarding new customers to the WMS, providing training and guidance on system functionality and best practices, is important. You will work closely with the IT Team to stay up-to-date on project developments, requirements and milestones, providing input and feedback to them on customer needs, product enhancements, and overall system performance.

**Requirements
Firstly, a Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is necessary. Secondly, a minimum of 3 years of experience working with warehouse management systems or other supply chain software is also required. Having a deep understanding of warehouse operations and logistics is essential to excel in this field. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are crucial, along with strong customer service skills to build and maintain strong relationships. Additionally, one should have a proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. Experience in a customer-facing role, with a track record of successfully managing stakeholder, is also necessary. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and recommend solutions, are a must. Lastly, having experience with data analysis and reporting, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making, is important. Familiarity with software implementation and training methodologies is an added advantage.
