**About the role
The Logistics Management Associate Program is specially designed for aspiring talent who seek to make a difference and become our future leaders in supply chain management.

The Management Associates will embark on an accelerated journey of growth as they undergo a fast-track 12-months program and gain valuable experience from 5 exciting cross-functional job rotations within Logistics Function.

Upon the successful graduation from the Management Associate Program, the Management Associates will progress and take on significant responsibilities to drive change and advance our growth in the industry.

**What you will be doing**

**Operations**
- Understanding of key processes, material flow necessary to fulfill day-to-day operations.
- Develop technical understanding of types of Material Handling Equipment (MHEs), other Warehouse equipment (e.g. Racking) and their suitability for the account or Warehouse
- Analyze and evaluate on productivity and efficiency of current processes
- Exposure to external stakeholders and learning of how to manage client relations.
- Exposure to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) / Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) / related software
- Develop knowledge of required documentations and key performance indicators that are guiding the business flows and functions.
- Develop knowledge of WMS functionalities, supporting tools (e.g., Structured Query Language (SQL), Power Query, etc.)

**Client Relation Management & Systems**
- Exposure to external stakeholders and learning of how to manage client relations
- Exposure to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) / Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) / related software
- Develop knowledge of required documentations and key performance indicators that are guiding the business flows and functions
- Develop knowledge of WMS functionalities, supporting tools (e.g., Structured Query Language (SQL), Power Query, etc.)
- Lead and manage the delivery of assigned scope of the project, end-to-end

**Project Management**

**Requirements**:

- Individuals who have strong interest in Logistics
- Bachelors or University Degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent
- Well-rounded individuals who held leadership position/ exhibits leadership potential and has excellent Co-Curricular Activities track record
- Ability to work efficiently and independently with minimum supervision on multiple projects within cross-functional teams
- Strong computer and digital skills e.g., Microsoft Office 365 products (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint), apps (Power Query, VBA) and services
- Proficiency in presentation skills, verbal and written communication in English is required
- Demonstration of diverse interests, thirst for knowledge and drive for excellence
- Ability to work well in a team, under pressure and have the aptitude to synthesize complex information and develop innovative solution
