**About the Role**:We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team. You will help us grow by building strong client relationships, developing and executing SEO strategies, designing user-friendly websites, and managing web development projects. You’ll also conduct market research and work with the marketing team to refine our sales strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and approach potential clients.
- Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
- Collaborate with marketing to improve sales strategies.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility.
- Oversee the design of user-friendly, responsive websites.
- Design graphics and provide HTML/WordPress support.
- Enhance website interactivity with JavaScript.
- Conduct market research to analyze trends and improve business performance.

**Required Skills**:

- Experience in business development and sales (preferably in tech/software).
- Strong skills in SEO, web design, HTML, WordPress, and JavaScript.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Knowledge of market analysis and trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with CRM tools and analytics platforms.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
- Engineering in comuter science & PG.
