What You Will Achieve

Working with a dynamic team of Logistics and Supply Chain experts, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing mid-to long-term supply chain strategies and networks through a range of activities. Some of the activities that you will manage include addressing capacity issues and production location decisions in support of business growth and execution of new programs. Your team will rely on your management skills while forecasting and planning key events, and new product launches. Your breadth of experience will be leveraged for increasing effectiveness of supply chain initiatives through monitoring key performance indicators and coordinating cross-functional work teams.

As a Manager, you provide guidance to operational teams for managing projects. Your planning skills will help in preparing forecasts for resource requirements, and providing areas of improvement for products, processes or services. You will be able to take a leadership role to facilitate agreements between different teams. Through your comprehensive knowledge of principles, concepts and theories of the discipline, you will also work towards advancing new concepts and methodologies.

How You Will Achieve It
- Provide guidance, lead/co-lead projects, manage own time to meet objectives and plan resource requirements for projects across the department.
- Advise the Customer Supply Chain Lead (CSCL) on strategies and plans to improve market performance for core activities in line with business and GSC objectives. Collect and understand voice of customer.
- Conduct an effective and valued Sales & Operations Planning cycle culminating in an exception driven executive review that is forward looking and decision oriented in support of achieving business plans and safeguarding company reputation.
- Own & Drive the Demand Review delivering a consensus demand forecast that will drive the acquisition of stock for Market.
- Own & drive Sales & Inventory Planning with AMP, Commercial & Finance to ensure the short-term management of the product life cycle and the balancing of demand and supply.
- Accountable for delivering project objectives for product lifecycle activities and business development (new launches, mergers and acquisitions, line extensions, generic launches, label changes, discontinuations, loss of exclusivity, etc.).
- Support Business Units in their future strategies and initiatives by proposing go-to-market supply chain solutions enabling execution.
- Ensure best practice process and digital innovation are identified and implemented where appropriate and possible.

**Qualifications**:
Must-Have
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics Management, Operations Management, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years’ experience in Demand and/or Supply operations, preferably in a Pharmaceutical, FMCG, chemical, or where customer requirements are aligned with sales, marketing and finance
- Demonstrated experience in project management and cross-functional team leadership. Proven ability to work in a complex international matrix organization.
- Fluent in written and verbal English
- Excellent communication and presentation skills. Able to interact and build effective relationships at all levels of the organization and across geographies is imperative.

- Relevant pharmaceutical experience
- Strong System Application & Automation skills and/or exposure- APICS or ASCM certified (e.g., CPIM, CSCP or SCOR-P)
