Client is a small & cozy hotel located in Central Singapore, looking for new Guest Service Agent.

**Benefits**:

**Working Hours**:

- Morning - 7am to 3pm
- Afternoon - 3pm to 11pm

**Challenges**:

- Providing a friendly, welcoming and efficient service to all guest
- Undertake front house duties: meetings, greetings, attending to the needs of guests.
- Administer all routes of reservations to ensure room bookings are made and recorded.
- Ensure all room keys are distributed to the guest accurately.
- Furnish general information (Hotel layout and facilities and operation hours, name of transport service)

**What it Takes**:

- Min. ‘O’ levels or higher NITEC in hospitality
- 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
- Able to do morning & afternoon shift
- Singaporean only
