**Responsibilities**:

- Take the lead to stand in at times due to shortage of manpower staffing.
- Work hand in hand with controllers to take command control of security manpower deployed in clusters across the island, day and night shift.
- Motivate and train the security officers and troubleshoot problems as well as cultivate good habits and professionalism as part of Metropolis work ethic.
- Resolve disciplinary and security operational issues.
- Liaise and communicate with several site stakeholders
- Collaborate with the human resource team on recruitment of security officers.
- Supervise operations team to ensure compliance to established procedures and SOP.
- Act as the anchor point for any incidents involving security; to prepare reports, take follow-up action and inform the management team.
- Other duties include conducting security surveys, supervisory checks,
- Highly motivated individual, self-driven and team player.

**Skills and Experience**:

- WSQ Full Qualification in Security, such as Certificate in Security, Advanced Certificate in Security or Diploma in Security Management.
- Must possess a valid security license by PLRD.
- Commissioned Officer or Non-Commissioned Officer of the Singapore
- Armed Forces, Singapore Police Force or Singapore Civil Defense Force
- All are welcome to apply.
- Must possess a Singapore Class 3 driving license.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the Security Management

related industry
- Able to start in short notice
