- About Outward Bound Singapore - a division of NYC Outward Bound Singapore (OBS), is a member of Outward Bound International - a global network of Outward Bound schools operating in 34 countries. You will be part of the Marine & Logistics Operations team at OBS providing integrated operations support in logistics and vessel operations for the smooth running of all OBS programmes across OBS campuses.

**What you will be working on**
- As Manager (Marine Operations), you play a key role in the smooth planning and execution of sea front operations with consistent high levels of safety, quality, service, and customer satisfaction. You will ensure the readiness of the sea crafts and equipment for deployment in support of OBS programmes and events. You will also manage the budget for outsourced contracts pertaining to engine, sea crafts maintenance and repair, manpower services etc. You will work closely with your fellow Managers and monitor, and conduct training to ensure contractors carry out their contractual obligations in meeting the required Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). You will also oversee procurement of equipment and/or services when required and ensure timely payment to contractors in accordance to finance guidelines.
