Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns, promotions, and sales collateral that resonate with our target audience.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the value of our offerings.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and updates to the management team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, developments, and best practices to continuously enhance sales and marketing strategies.
- Mentor and guide junior sales and marketing team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales and marketing, with at least 2 years of experience in a senior role.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in using CRM software, MS Office, and other sales and marketing tools.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Motivated self-starter with a passion for driving business growth and delivering exceptional results.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
