**SP Group is developing new energy solutions to create value for our customers and has identified electric mobility as a key focus area. You will be part of a dynamic team that will identify, develop and execute strategies in order to deliver the largest EV charging network across Singapore. Join us in building this new and exciting business area that will undergo significant growth in the next few years.**

**What You'll Do**:

- Develop and drive implementation of strategies to synergise with our national urban mobility policy, which include deployment of electric vehicle charging infrastructure across Singapore and introduction of new-to-market technologies and/or concepts.
- Establish and build strong pipelines with key strategic accounts for business opportunities.
- Acquire customers that are electrifying or have plans to electrify their fleet of vehicles
- Cultivate relationships and partnership plans with key stakeholders to further anchor the organisation's position in the electric mobility industry
- Drive and evaluate commercial opportunities including financial modelling, feasibility studies, business proposal development, negotiation and business structuring.
- Analyse market trends and data to improve business performance in the competitive landscape and gain business insights to identify opportunities for growth and optimisation.
- Collaborate with internal cross functional teams to develop the service offerings.

**What You'll Need**:

- Bachelor's Degree in relevant disciplines with at least 6-8 years of relevant experience in commercial-driven leadership roles, with a proven record of leading a team to identify leads, develop customer relationships and close deals
- Ability to develop and drive strategies relating to technology trends and regulatory landscape
- Effective communication, analytical and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and engage key stakeholders and clients
- Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment: highly versatile, numerate and adaptable to changes
- Excellent interpersonal skills
