Our central kitchen, located at Tampines, supports the mise-en-place and supply of perishable and non-perishable inventory for all restaurants and concepts across the Ebb & Flow Group. The Chef de Partie (Pastry) will champion all pastry and bakery operations, preparing high quality bakes to our partners and guests. Some products we offer are include croissants, kouign amanns, breads (brioche, sourdoughs and more), puff pastries and decorated cakes.
**Responsibilities**
- Assist in managing day-to-day pastry and bakery sections of the central kitchen
- Assist in the production of dough and laminated bakery products for distribution and sale in accordance to production schedule
- Uphold consistent quality and its efficient production output minimise production resources wastage
- Operate and maintain all kitchen equipment
- Maintain and enforce high standards of hygiene, food safety, and sanitation in accordance with health regulations
**Qualifications**
- A valid Food Hygiene Certificate (mínimally Level 1)
- Prior experience in bakery, pastry or cake-making roles is a plus
- Good understanding of the preparation and storage of bakery ingredients
- Excellent attitude towards learning
- Someone who takes responsibility and pride for their work

Pay: $2,600.00 - $3,200.00 per month
