**Job Description** Your Career**

You will work within the JAPAC GTM Shared Services Business Office team. In this role, you will help develop, refine, manage and execute GTM initiatives. You will collaborate with teams across APJ, from individual contributors to senior leaders, and will play an important role in our ongoing growth.

In addition to leading and supporting initiatives, you will help problem-solve - proposing solutions that help us stay the course.

**Your Impact**
- Structure and break down complex business problems, develop a hypothesis, drive analysis and deliver recommendations
- Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyse, and report on the effectiveness of GTM initiatives using data-driven insights to optimise future strategies
- Work collaboratively across a cross-functional set of stakeholders to gather the right information, pressure test your hypothesis, co-create deliverables, accelerate execution and unlock value
- Project Management: Work closely with the GTM Strategy and wider Business Office team to ensure our initiatives are executed at scale
- Problem solve: Turn challenges into opportunities through problem solving
- Develop and present high-quality recommendation and deliverables (GSlide, GSheet, PPT, Word, etc.) for executive level consumption
- Drive change across the organisation and be willing to wear multiple hats (initiative development, project management and execution) to do it what it takes to “move the needle”
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, customer feedback, and competitor strategies to adjust growth initiatives and stay ahead in the market.

**Qualifications** Your Experience**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; MBA preferred
- 3+ years of experience in strategy, transformational, operational, project management, or management consulting roles in B2B technology companies, or equivalent experience
- Experience in leading and driving GTM projects, willing to roll up sleeves and work cross-functionally to get things done
- Ability to be flexible in a fast-moving environment with mínimal supervision, learn fast, balance engaging priorities, and manage several time-sensitive projects at once
- Ability to engage and influence senior executives and stakeholders in a matrix organisation
- Excellent problem-solving, investigative, presentation, and communication skills
- Having PMP or any relevant project management certification is a plus

**Additional Information** The Team**

The JAPAC GTM Shared Services team provides a business hub (implement and manage), working closely with our GTM Strategy team (design), and our Sales Operations team (operationalise). You will be across all APJ markets, at all levels of leadership, and across all functions. In addition, work with our EMEA and NAM teams as an advocate for APJ, and to provide inputs into world-wide programs.
