**Responsibilities**:
Design and develop a new linguistic quality management (LQM) framework, integrating Machine Translation (MT) - AI workflow, measuring success and improving the MT-AI solutions. The framework includes not only translation quality and terminology management, but also country and domain specific localization requirements globally. You will also collaborate with Engineering, Program Management, language/AI/tools service providers and internal stakeholders across the company.
- Design and implement a new LQM framework for diverse content and domains.
- Establish quality measurement strategies for MT-AI solutions.
- Evaluate AI-ML based quality assurance solutions for LQM efficiency.
- Collect and analyze MT-AI output quality data. Develop and execute quality improvement plans.
- Collaborate with the localization MT-AI Engineering to incubate the future MT-AI-LQM workflow models and evaluate the ROI for leadership approval.
- Identify and implement MT-AI-LQM process optimization and efficiency improvements.
- Participate in corporate initiatives to write code/source text with global audiences in mind.
- Foster cross-functional relationships to promote localization best practices and technical improvement.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders and language/AI/tools service providers to ensure alignment with language requirements.
- Lead efforts to maintain localization glossaries, terminology database, style guides and brand voices.
- Manage the LQM budget, including supplier costs and tool investments.

Skills/Requirement
- 4+ years of experience in the localization industry
- Expert on MT/MTQE/APE (quality estimation/evaluation/automated post-editing), language AI domain, process automation
- Proficient in linguistic metrics for MT quality evaluation (COMET, BLEU, edit distance algorithms, human model evaluation).
- Good Python programming experience
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in reporting and data via dashboards (PowerBI, Looker).
- Extensive experience working on localization platforms, linguistic QA tools, JIRA, Translation Management Systems, and CAT tools.
- Ability to stay focused under pressure, prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
- Experience working with high-performance Localization & extended teams to manage and resolve issues & escalations.
- Ability to promote a positive and encouraging work environment.
- Attention to detail while being able to see the larger picture.
- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders in different time zones
