Job Title: Quality Assurance Strategist

In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team to achieve quality excellence in game development and operation.

About the Position:

As Quality Assurance Strategist, you will play a key role in ensuring that our games meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and user experience.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of quality assurance professionals to achieve quality goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and testing, to identify and prioritize quality-related issues.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve quality processes and workflows.
  • Work closely with external partners to maintain high-quality support and services.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field.
  • 10+ years Quality Assurance experience, with 5+ years managing in-house testers.
  • Experience with game testing, including functional testing, frontend and backend performance testing, adaptability testing, etc.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Passion for gaming and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
