Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Strategist to lead ongoing transformation projects in the Semiconductor sector.

  • Quality Management: Develop and lead quality strategy aligned with business objectives, ensuring QMS effectiveness and compliance with ISO standards.
  • Policies & Procedures: Establish and enforce company-wide quality policies and procedures, regularly updating them to reflect regulatory changes and industry best practices.
  • Audits & Certifications: Conduct internal and supplier audits, ensuring compliance with quality standards and maintaining required certifications.
  • Supplier Quality: Oversee supplier quality programs, collaborating with procurement on vendor assessments and material quality requirements.
  • Product Assurance: Implement robust quality assurance and testing processes to ensure product specifications and performance expectations are met.
  • Performance Monitoring: Define and track key quality KPIs, reporting trends and improvement opportunities to senior management.
  • Continuous Improvement: Lead improvement initiatives using tools like Six Sigma, SPC, and FMEA to enhance product and process quality.
  • Customer Focus: Work closely with sales and business teams to align quality efforts with customer needs, managing and resolving customer quality concerns promptly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in an engineering field.
  • Minimum 10 years of quality experience in equipment manufacturing industry.
  • Six Sigma certification.
  • Comprehensive experience of all quality management functions.
  • Ability to travel to overseas plants.
