Responsibilities will include the following:
1. Marketing Support

a. Creating engaging content for SEO and social media

b. Managing regular interactions on social media

2. Sales Support

a. Create simple posters and materials for sales support on Canva

b. Set up calls, meetings with prospects via DM on social media

c. Support on ground events - samplings, masterclasses etc

d. Manage order fulfillment, pack stocks and ensure timely and proper delivery via vendors

3. Sales hygiene

a. Create and upload new product listings on shopify

b. Ensure website hygiene with all pages/product listings/details correct at all times

c. Respond to customer enquiries

d. Follow up accounts payables with customers

4. Operations & Administration

a. Ensure bank payments are managed and on time

b. Inventory & Stock taking from time to time, manage all incoming stocks

c Coordinate and manage all office documentation

d. Ensure all utility payments are on time

e. Coordinate invoice/payments details with accounts team

**Requirements**:

- Energetic and detail oriented
- Some experience with Canva
- Strong knowledge of Excel (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets)
- Solid data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors
- Good organizational and time-management abilities
- Good command in written and spoken English

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Local Polytechnic Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Social media management: 1 year (preferred)
- Local Polytechnic Diploma: 1 year (preferred)
- Digital marketing: 1 year (preferred)
