**What the role is**
- The Social Policy and Services Group (SPSG) oversees the policy, planning and delivery of social services for low-income and vulnerable families. The Service Delivery and Co-ordination Division (SDCD) under SPSG oversees the Social Service Offices (SSOs) and service delivery of Family Service Centres (FSCs) to bring services to individuals and families in need.
**What you will be working on**
- You will be part of a team working with various MSF divisions and other Ministries/ agencies in overseeing the service delivery of FSCs. - Work with internal and external partners on FSC development plans, including expansion, cyclical maintenance and procurement. - Oversee system enhancement (eg. SSNet One) and system related queries from FSCs. - Evaluate FSC performance (related to funding renewal and Service Improvement Plans). - Incident Management (COVID and non-COVID) and handle COVID-related matters. - Organise engagements with FSCs, including visits to FSCs.
**What we are looking for**
- Tertiary Qualification - At least 5 years of working experience in the social service sector or a social ministry/agency preferred. - Good written and verbal communication skills. - Experience and familiarity in government procurement, data management and system enhancement are advantageous. - A team player who is proactive, resourceful, analytical and able to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
