We're looking for a General Manager, South-Asia who can provide a pro-active in bringing our concepts to life working with our cross functional team while upholding cost, schedule and operational requirements.

This role will be responsible for improving efficiency and increasing departmental profits while managing the company's overall operations for South-Asia. He / She oversees daily business activities, improving overall business functions, training heads of departments, managing budgets, developing strategic plans, creating policies, and communicating business goals.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Plan, coordinate and manage all business day-to-day operations to achieve business goals.
- Develop and implement business plan for profitability.
- Design strategy and set goals for growth
- Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing program and recommend improvements.
- Develop strategies to improve overall quality and productivity.
- Maintain budgets and optimize expenses
- Generate business, cost and employee reports to management.
- Schedule regular team meetings to discuss about business updates, issues and recommendations.
- Respond to employee concerns in timely manner.
- Provide direction and guidance to employees in their assigned job duties.
- Ensure employees are motivated, productive and develop professionally
- Evaluating performance and productivity.
- Analyzing accounting and financial data.
- Ensure that employees follow company policies and procedures.
- Manage administrative, logístical, human resources, and accounting services to support company operations.
- Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify business opportunities with new and existing customers.
