- The NE is responsible for understanding the patient journey and coordinating with cross-functional teams (medical, sales, patient solutions, customer care) and relevant departments to ensure successful, compliant, and efficient execution of patient support programs within local regulations.**General Responsibilities**

**Marketing (or Client Management) function**:

- Plan, coordinate and execute patient engagement programs for pharmaceutical drugs and work with appropriate vendors to plan additional patient support programs and thoroughly understand the patient journey
- Independently manage a patient education and counselling service for Patient Solutions team to educate patients on disease and treatment management. Support patient understanding and knowledge on treatment efficacy and side effects.
- Attend trainings at assigned clinic to learn from treating physician on disease or treatment management, when required.
- Align with principles of Patient Support Program (PSP) including independent handling of additional products and call centre services
- Medical Education: training of other key stakeholders (e.g. nurses, pharmacists, hospitals groups, doctors) using the applicable approved tools/materials.
- Training of patients through reliable, quality medical education on a 1:1 or group setting (face to face or virtual)
- Coordinate and/or implement training for all stakeholders requesting for patient support services including medical affairs, commercial colleagues, and relevant vendors.
- Maintain the highest level of knowledge regarding current disease state product (including competitor products) to be credible to peers and Health Care Practitioners.
- Manage in-bound and outbound calls (patient queries & troubleshooting for medical device usage) and understand the advantages and limitations of the program from patients and work towards improving the overall services
- Participate in Consultant and Health Education meetings if approved by their supervisor

**Sales Function**:

- Develop sales strategies for assigned businesses/territories/categories/ products to accelerate top line growth
- Ensure effective Route to Market (RTM) & Sales team effectiveness to achieve best distribution/coverage in the country.
- Evaluate key productivity indicators and implement process improvement initiatives
- Lead and ensure best in class Execution on the ground
- Tapping growth opportunities in terms of geo, categories, brands, In-store, distribution or coverage efficiency etc.
- Implement effective monthly meetings, weekly review meetings culture in the sales organization
- Develop and build long-term strategic relationships with key customers to achieve business objectives
- Build IT Capabilities by effective utilization of echo-plus and other tools like exploring B2B (DKSH connect tool)
- Drive training and coaching culture ( OJT, classroom, train the trainer etc)

**Functional Skills And Knowledge**
- Scientific expertise in the field of disease management
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills

**Education and work experience**
- **Registered nurse with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)**:

- At least 1 year of related experience in patient care or patient education would be preferred
