The Nurse Educator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the ongoing education and development of our nursing staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

**Key Performance Area**
- **Developing Educational Programs**:Design, develop, and implement educational programs tailored to the needs of nursing staff, covering topics such as clinical skills, patient care, infection control, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.
- **Training Delivery**:Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to nursing staff, utilizing a variety of instructional techniques and resources to accommodate different learning styles and preferences.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:Assess the effectiveness of educational programs through various evaluation methods, such as pre
- and post-tests, skills demonstrations, and feedback surveys, and use findings to make improvements as necessary.
- **Clinical Competency Evaluation**:Conduct regular assessments of nursing staff clinical competencies, identifying areas for improvement and providing additional training and support as needed.
- **Orientation and Onboarding**:Coordinate and facilitate orientation and onboarding programs for new nursing staff, ensuring they receive comprehensive training and support to integrate seamlessly into their roles.
- **Continuing Education**:Stay abreast of developments in nursing practice, healthcare regulations, and industry trends, and incorporate new knowledge into educational programs to ensure nursing staff remain up-to-date and competent in their roles.
- **Resource Development**:Develop educational materials, resources, and job aids to support ongoing learning and development initiatives, including manuals, handbooks, presentations, and online modules.
- **Collaboration**:Collaborate with nursing leadership, interdisciplinary teams, and external partners to identify learning needs, develop educational initiatives, and promote a culture of excellence in nursing practice.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:Maintain accurate records of educational activities, attendance, and outcomes, and prepare reports for management and regulatory agencies as required.

**Requirement**

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) required; master’s degree in nursing preferred.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license with Singapore Nursing Board

**Experience Level**:

- Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting.
- Previous experience in nursing education, staff development, or clinical instruction preferred.
- Strong knowledge of nursing theory, practice standards, and regulatory requirements.
