**Job Overview**

As a Personal Assistant to Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, you will be providing all-rounded business administrative and secretarial support. To succeed in this role, you will be good at multi-tasking, highly motivated, organized, meticulous and with an attention to detail.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Provide secretarial and admin support to Senior Management, including taking minutes of meetings, consolidation of reports and coordinating assigned projects.
- Oversee a full range of administrative support tasks such as screening calls, managing appointments, processing invoices and managing budgets.
- Lead and manage assigned projects with little guidance.
- Organize and coordinate logistics, meetings, events, and conferences.
- Arrange travel, visas and accommodation and organize travel itineraries.
- Serve as a point of contact for administrative processes for the support team and stakeholders.Serve Senior Management and guests of Senior Management at business meetings and private events.
- Manage calendar and scheduling, assessing meeting requests, prioritizing matters of urgency and redirecting matters as appropriate.
- File documentation and papers as required
- Other administrative and ad hoc duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma holder or Bachelor’s degree.
- Existing or ex-cabin crew is preferred.
- Proficient in English and able to confidently manage Senior Management and guests/visitors of Senior Management.
- Excellent communication skills, and service oriented.
- Effective problem solver and resourceful in getting things done.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- A quick learner, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Meticulous and with an ability to plan work and duties in an organized manner
