**Job Functions & Summary
Responsible and supervise Accounts Receivable team and revenue tracking.

**Job Roles & Responsibilities**
- Handle invoice billings.
- Perform income audit on F&B Outlets. Update revenue details in the worksheets.
- Perform daily checks on revenues and receipts.
- Ensure completeness, timeliness & accuracy of the recording of revenue for all fraternities.
- Handle and follow up on debt collections.
- Handle and follow up on members enquiries.
- Handle cheques and update receivable.
- Involve in interfacing of other modules text file to backend financial system.
- Assist monthly closing for accounts receivables and ensure closing meets the targeted timeline
- Amortization of term membership fees.
- Ensure timely and accurate billing of invoices and credit memos.
- Data entry of sales invoices (manual chits).
- Ensure recoveries of payments from members or from other debtors (Telco / private event).
- Reconciliation and explanation of monthly debtors ageing and collections of outstanding debts.
- Assist in monthly issuing Statement of Account.
- Perform debt collection duties.
- Generating of account receivable related reports.
- Ensure correctness billing on member’s status changes.
- Perform billing of member’s minimum spending levy.
- Perform DBS ideal GIRO collection / new and termination of GIRO members.
- Perform miscellaneous corporate invoice billing.
- Perform account receivable related GL account reconciliation.
- Assist in financial year-end audit.
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
