**The Role**

You will be responsible for but not limited to:

- The training and development of Continuous Professional Development(CPD) programs.
- You will be tasked with coordination of training programs.
- Liaising with stakeholders on training requirements, identifying gaps and recommending improvements to the training process/function.
- Performance management and review trainee’s evaluation on trainers and programs, review and keep track of complaints on trainers, coordinate sit-in sessions of trainer’s classes
- Generate revenue for top-line growth
- Communicate correct information and handle questions from trainees
- Coordinate and monitor course enrollment, schedule, costs and results internally and externally.
- Performing training needs and analysis, maintaining training records
- Monitor government grant for training modules and
- Any other ad-hoc task assigned

**Your Profile**
- You should have at least Diploma with 3 years of relevant experience preferably with prior experience in education industry. You should be well versed with SkillsFuture framework, have good communication skills, able to work with mínimal supervision, are organized and possess good time management skills.Tags
