**Responsibilities**:

- Check and settle treasury transactions (loan, fixed deposit, MMF, FX and hedging), ensure details on the confirmation letter matches with the supporting document, ensure no non-compliance of trading limits and counterparty global exposures as per Company’s policies and procedures
- Liaise with banks to resolve issues relating to Libor transition, rate fixing and payment settlements
- Manage account opening and closure requests in a timely manner
- Collate and prepare Know Your Customer (“KYC”) information requested by banks triggered by financing and bank accounts activities
- Validate financial and investment data recorded in systems
- Prepare or review financial reports for internal and external parties
- Work closely with Treasury, Finance, IT and System Consultant to identify issues and participate in resolutions
- Work closely with internal and external auditors to deal with audit matters
- Update operational procedure and internal control policy to timely reflect the business process change/system enhancement.
- Participant in system implementation projects (i.e. Reval, ERP) to improve automation

**Job Requirements**
- Degree in Accountancy/Finance/Economics (or equivalent) with minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in Corporation Treasury Operation, Settlement and or Financial Reporting division
- Hands-on experience in various Treasury Management Systems or experience on system project implementation, will be an advantage
- Detail oriented with a strong bias for action and ability to proactively recognize and resolve issues independently
- Quick learner that is technically competent, analytical and methodical who takes full responsibility for all tasks assigned and sees them through to completion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly MS Excel and MS Word
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin
