Compliance Officer

Position: Permanent
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for driving the Company’s Compliance program; conduct compliance monitoring and testing, including periodic internal reviews; maintenance and implementation of Company’s Compliance policies and procedures, including AML/CFT Manual, Outsourcing, TRM, Compliance Manual;
- Advising the stakeholders on compliance matters and provide periodic relevant update and training;
- Responsible for interactions with the MAS including, licensing, registrations, surveys and regulatory reporting;
- Responsible for compliance projects assigned by the management from time to time; engage with senior and external stakeholders including auditors.
**Requirements**:
- 2-3 years' direct experience in Asset Management industry, law firms or compliance consulting firms with sound knowledge of current regulatory environment and familiar with MAS rules/regulations; experience with the compliance issues relating to Cayman or other offshore funds is preferable;
- Bachelor preferably in Law, Finance, Accounting, or relevant disciplines and/or equivalent practical experience;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, Self-motivated and responsible; fluent in English; spoken and written fluency in Mandarin is preferred;
