**Qualifications**
- Applicants must be U.S. citizen.
- 5 or more years of experience with the following:
- Current versions of Deltek Costpoint, Time & Expense, Budget & Planning and Costpoint Enterprise Reporting Products.
- Support of enterprise customer-facing computing platforms and systems.
- Diverse range of technical and operational interests and capabilities, including Microsoft, Java/J2EE, WebLogic, LAMP, SQL Server, Oracle, virtualization, monitoring including APM, Linux helpful but not required, PowerShell, Python, JSON, automation technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills for both technical issues and processes.
- Experience with:
- Customer Life Cycle and products utilized
- Public cloud providers
- Enterprise monitoring & management tools
- High availability and disaster recovery strategies
- Ability to work in high pressure, highly flexible environment against both short and long term requirements.
- Passionate about technology and solving IT operations-focused problems/Must be detail oriented, task driven, and have excellent communication skills.
