Strategize ways to build the talent pipelines. Create innovative sourcing strategies, including leveraging your knowledge of the organization, platforms, and networks, to find, connect with and recruit right talent.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives (e.g. social media recruitment campaigns, events, content creation, etc.)
- Focus on the hiring of IT roles including but not limited to as software engineers, developers, technical business analysts, agile coaches, software technologists etc.
- Work with overseas search/IT service provider firms on the provision and project management of contracting services for technical professionals
- Keep in touch with past applicants

**Requirements**:

- 2-5 years Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role in the IT/Tech market
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
- Flexible and adaptable with good people skills.
- Must be flexible and adapt to changing priorities
