
Regional Marcom Specialist

In this role, you will actively build and drive the creation of integrated marketing campaign strategies to promote Sartorius LPS Bio-Analytical portfolio, to gain new customers and oversee the localization of market campaigns in the region. Externally, you will be driving marketing tactics online and offline/ events to support the marketing campaigns in generating lead generation goals as well as building the Sartorius brand preference to our target audience. You will also identify influencers and key opinion leaders from our key customer segments like Academia & Pharmaceutical and generating relevant content on various platforms to keep this community engaged. In this role you will be collaborating closely with the the Marketing organization, digital team, Corporate communications, Regional & Country Marketing team to align the commercial objectives from this community, as well as external marketing agencies to drive our goals.
**Main Responsibilities & Tasks**:
- Execute marketing communication strategy and the year-round action plan of each business area in close collaboration multiple stakeholders in the global campaign team as well as local market sales organization.
- Excellence in the communicative introduction of existing / new products as well as the development of sales support tools
- Execute segmentation strategies to drive content strategy, drive buyer-group engagement across the entire customer journey, and help drive business goals
- Strongly partner with the content, digital, operations, and event teams to ensure consistent communication across all marketing touchpoints and work towards a common business goal
- Work closely with both regional and segment marketing to ensure high adoption rates of the materials developed by the global marketing communications team and, consequently, successful local implementation
- Sound budget allocation and reliable budget management with the fundamental goal of sustainable investment that pays off
- Create and share across-the-board, the impact of marketing communications activities on the performance of performance reports, and derive lessons learned and implications for subsequent marketing initiatives with relevant stakeholders on a regular basis
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree or above, major in Biology/Chemistry or communications related field is a plus
- 5+ years proven experience in administration of digital / offline marketing events or activities. Previous working experience in life science/pharma industry is a plus
- Knowledge of digital marketing and Japan media landscape
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Marketo
- Excellent written communications capability is a plus
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office programs, familiar with social medias communication
- Excellent multi-task organization skills
- Good communication skills, team player, target oriented and self-motivated
- Fluent in English
- A good team player with a positive attitude
