Our client is a global leader in the sphere of medical technology and they are looking for dynamic individual to join them as their Regional Marcom & Digital Excellence Manager. As Regional Marcom & Digital Excellence Manager, you are part of the Marketing team where you’ll lead and facilitate the digital marketing strategy and marketing excellence activities together the Regional Marketing Manager and Product Marketing team. This includes leading the planning and implementing of all digital marketing strategy activities and marketing events related to demand generation and growth.
Acting as a change agent to drive continuous improvement measurable KPIs in marketing and digital capabilities, you'll collaborate with cross-functional and country teams to drive excellence in marketing and digital capabilities and create best practices for other countries and businesses to follow. **Responsibilities**
1) Digital marketing strategy and marketing excellence
- Responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our overall traditional and digital marketing platform strategy including lead in SEO/SEM strategy, implementation & monitoring
- Identify and evaluate new marketing opportunities to increase direct traffic and monitor the ROI
- Measure impact and perform analysis to improve KPIs on a regular basis and evaluate content/campaign success
- Partner with countries and regional stakeholders, to understand activities needs, recommend the appropriate platform/media that will have better customers tractions
- Lead for upskilling of marketing function, and liaison with global marketing excellence
2) Analytics
- and channel-related details that drive direction of plans and programmes
- Oversee reporting and analytics; you provide insights and look for opportunities for growth and efficiency in different digital marketing activities and campaigns
- Benchmarking with best-in-class industry, NPS, and mind share
3) Change management
- Proactively offer creative thinking, ideas, and solutions while keeping up to speed on industry innovations, trends, and best practices across functional areas including CRM/relationship marketing
4) Collaborations
- Collaborate with Medical Education to devise training approaches for new and existing users on platform usage and best practices
- Partner with Regional Information Technology (ICT) to create and develop internal and external platforms to improve customers’ experience
- Work with the regional marketing team in KOL and Centre of Excellence development.
- Support in market research
5) Branding and Compliance
- Responsible to protect brand integrity and content by ensuring that the Company’s verbal guidelines respected for internal and external communications.
- Ensure compliance with law of all content produced (e.g., disclaimers, copyright and data protection).
- Responsible to keep all related audit information in order and manage as per internal process of approval of promotional materials.
6) Others
- Lead in internal and external marketing communications including newsletters, internal and external platforms
- Manage the regional marketing funds, and report regularly on the budget and expenses.
- Support upstream reporting to global stakeholders
- Project manager for select strategic projects.
**Requirements**:
Technically skilled, you have experience with content management systems, Google analytics, SEO/SEM and social/marketing channels and analytics on ROI. A strong understanding of customer journey maps, customer segmentation concepts, and customer personas would be highly valued.
