We’re seeking a future team member for the role of **Senior Associate, Client Onboarding/Transitions/Conversions/KYC **to join our Treasury Services team. This role is located in Singapore.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Facilitate client onboarding by reviewing the appropriate documentation and reference data, and ensures regulatory aspects of AML and KYC are completed prior to opening accounts, often working directly with clients/RMs to access documentation requirements and reference data.
- Review KYC information/documents and coordinate with all internal support groups, business managers, and external parties to ensure KYC information/documents meet certain compliance requirements.
- Identifies significant gaps or quality issues in transition processes and makes recommendations for improvement.
- Responsible for complex, mature and/or global clients or more complex platforms.
- No direct reports.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- 5-7 years of total work experience preferred.
- Experience in KYC, securities, financial services, client-facing or project management roles preferred.
