**Responsibilities**:
- Arrange monthly meeting
- Prepare reemployment contract
- Perform a variety of HR duties and support day to day HR operations
- Cover receptionist duty during when required
- Supporting the planning and coordination of company events
- Perform any other related duties assigned by Manager
**Requirement**:
- Able to work independently and with good time management skills
- Meticulous, responsible and possess great initiative
- Proficient in MS Office
- Prepared to work in a fast-paced environment
