
Clinic Receptionist

The clinic receptionist is required to handle administrative duties, assist in the up-keeping of the clinic, and provide professional customer service at all times.
- Handling of appointment booking system
- Handling of phone calls / enquiries
- Highly service-oriented
- Perform registration of new or existing patients
- Follows strictly clinic Medication Dispensing Protocol
- Handle all payment and transactions with accuracy
- Comply with clinical/service standards
- Maintain the cleanliness of the clinic and other operational matters
- Prepare and regularly update the clinic inventory accurately
- Support Clinic Manager in all other duties on day to day operational matters
Experience / Qualifications
- Having working experience in the service industry is an advantage.
- Good communication, interpersonal, administrative and organizational skills.
- Service-oriented and a good team-player.
- Experience and knowledge in TCM/ clinic/ Spa/ Wellness added advantage
- Dynamic, resourceful, able to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment (answering phone calls, acquiring relevant details, booking appointments concurrently and accurately).
- Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, Gmail)
- Able to write and speak fluently in English and speak Mandarin
- Remuneration commensurate with qualifications and experience
Working Hours:
5/ 5.5 days per week (including 1 weekend).
10:00am - 9:00pm
2 breaks of 45 minutes in between
