
Receptionist Clinic Assistant

We are seeking a friendly, well organized and proactive Receptionist cum Clinic Assistant to join our team. You will be first point of contact for patients, responsible for providing a warm welcome and efficient administrative and clinical support to ensure smooth daily operations
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Front Desk Duties**:
- Greet and assist patients in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage patient registration and appointment scheduling (walk ins, phone and online)
- Handle phone calls and general enquires
- Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure proper documentation
- Manage billing, payment collection, and issuing receipts.
**Clinic Support**:
- Prepare consultation rooms before and after patient visits (if required)
- Sterilize equipment’s and maintain clinic hygiene standards
- Help with simple clinical tasks (measuring height, weight, take temperature) etc.
**Administrative Support**:
- Maintain accurate and updated patient record
- Perform data entry, filing and record
- keeping
- Ensure smooth daily clinic operations and flag any issues promptly
- Flag low stocks and maintain inventory and supplies.
**Job requirement**:
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum GCE O Level/ NITEC ? DIPLOMA in healthcare or related field
- Prior experience in a clinic, healthcare or hospitality setting is preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS office and clinic management software
**Skills and Attributes**:
- Excellent communication and multitask abilities
- Pleasant and professional appearance and demeanor
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Team player with strong sense of responsibility and initiative
- Able to start immediately or within short notice is a plus.
**Remuneration**:
Salary range $3000- $4000
