DESIGNATION : Production Supervisor - Orchid Country Club

RESPONSIBILITIES

Working Pattern 6 days work week

Shift Pattern: 6am - 2pm / 7am to 3pm / 8am to 4pm
- Portioning of all menu items, ensuring the quality is of high standards and consistent
- Responsible for the operations of the production line including quality control, hygiene, and sanitation, workplace safety is in compliance with all prescribed standards.
- Plan production bento meals, indent allocation and update daily production reports to section IC

QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of HACCP(optional) will be an advantage
- Mandatory Basic Food Hygiene cert
- Process strong motivational and team-building skills
- Able to work rotating shift
- Able to work during PH and Weekends
