Our facility in Singapore has key functions in research and development, procurement, sales and finance for our Lighting and Detection business lines, in addition to key functions related to our Optics Manufacturing capabilities.

We are presently seeking an **Production Supervisor** that will manage and coordinate with respective supervisor to standardized the common practice.

Main responsibilities:

- Coordinate with respective department supervisors on training needs for DL and work with trainer on the necessary arrangement;
- Work with EHS team to ensure standardization of communication to production and MSDS availability;
- Represent production in SRC and HR related activities;
- Managing operating supplied with respective Front-end supervisor. This included of:

- Consolidate all the operating supplied use by respective area;
- Consolidate and managing HB item use by Front-end;
- Capture each department monthly consumption rate;
- Capture each HB item delivery lead time;
- Capture each HB item purchase cost;
- Monitoring monthly spend for operating supplied;
- Work with store on monthly consumption;
- Identifying high spending item;
- Coordinating of all the public holiday overtime with HR on canteen and transport arrangement;
- Establish and controlling tool management system for front-end optics production;
- Manage and controlling of thinner recycling process and coordinate with respective department supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Engineering or other technical qualification;
- Experience in managing high volume manufacturing industrial;
- Preferably having some optics manufacturing knowledge / technical skill and lean manufacturing experience;
- Good attitude and discipline;
- People management skill, strong sense of ownership and strong training analytical skill.
