They are seeking a **Social Media Operations Executive **to manage and execute social media operations. This role focuses on maintaining a strong online presence, engaging with audiences, and optimizing social media performance for the brand.

**Role Overview**:
As a Social Media Operations Executive, you will be responsible for day-to-day management of social media platforms, content scheduling, community engagement, and analyzing performance to drive improvements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and update social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring consistent brand messaging.
- Execute social media campaigns and ensure content is aligned with marketing objectives.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with the community.
- Work with the marketing team to create engaging content and promote brand awareness.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and provide reports with insights to improve engagement and reach.
- Stay up to date with social media trends and implement best practices.
- Coordinate with influencers, partners, and internal teams to execute social media strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Creative with a keen eye for detail and design.
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
