**What you’ll be doing**:

- Set up workstation with required mise en place, tools, equipment, and supplies
- Prepare, cook, and serve a variety of items according to specific menus.
- Ensure consistent food standards in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure kitchen is kept clean and exceeds food safety standards.
- Supervise station staff.

**You’ll be a good fit**:

- You have at least 2 years working experience in a similar capacity
- Must be able to rotate day and night shifts.
- Strong teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- You have experience in Fine Dining. _(advantageous but not a requirement)_
- You have experience in Kosher cuisine. _(advantageous but not a requirement)_
