**About our Graduate Programme**:
At Castlery, we are committed to build high-quality entry-level talent to grow together with us as we scale over the next few years. Our 12-month programme will equip you with the necessary knowledge and technical skills needed to take on future responsibilities, grow your potential and become our next generation of leaders

In our Merchandising stream, you will be exposed to both our Category Management and Buying teams. Be involved in our product development cycle, from generating new product ideas to sourcing and managing suppliers.

You will also undergo personalised professional development through our structured training modules, mentorships and networking sessions. What's more, be prepared to collaborate with colleagues from our offices in Singapore, United States, Australia, China, and Malaysia

As a Graduate, you will also embark on your own self-initiated business innovation project and tackle real-life business problems. Develop an understanding of our global operations, technologies, and business issues. Venture beyond the horizon and be part of pivotal events in Castlery.

At the end of the 12-month programme, you will be placed in a full-time role according to your preferences and the business needs.
