We're a vibrant and growing retail shop located in Lucky Plaza, Singapore, and we're looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Retail Shop Sales Associate to join our friendly team.
What you'll do:
- Provide excellent customer service, creating a welcoming and positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, including stocking shelves and merchandising products.
- Handle inventory and assist with deliveries when needed.
- Work collaboratively with your team to achieve sales goals and maintain a tidy shop.
What we're looking for:
- A friendly, outgoing, and positive attitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for customer service and retail.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Prior retail experience is a plus, but not required - we're happy to train the right person
- A strong work ethic and reliability.
