Responsibilities
Provide personalized customer service and expert advice to enhance the shopping experience.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
Achieve individual and team sales targets, consistently meeting KPIs.
Assist in maintaining store visual presentation and ensuring merchandise is displayed to brand standards.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and trends to offer insightful recommendations to customers.
Contribute to maintaining a positive and professional store environment.
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail is a plus.
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and an interest in retail.
Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
