We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Associate. To oversee daily operation of the shop, ensuring efficiency and profitability. Maintain high store standards and conditions and foster a positive environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, inventory management, and maintaining store cleanliness and organization.
- Administrative duties pertaining to Sales and Purchase transactions including but not limited to data entry, order processing and control.
- Keeps retail shelves fully stocked and replenished.
- Ensures accuracy in cashiering duties, operates the P.O.S. machine, and handles cash efficiently.
- Maintain general housekeeping of the retail shop, such as cashiering, tally sales reports, ensuring the tidiness of the retail shop and product displays, etc.
- Assists with daily / weekly / monthly inventory stock takes
- Ensure accuracy of order confirmations and invoices from suppliers.
- Track and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitor stock levels of key items, manage weekly replenishments, and follow up with re-orders as needed.
- Adhoc duties that may be assigned by Manager and when needed.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the retail industry.
- Proficient in written and spoken English & Mandarin.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office.
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a willingness to learn.
- Self-motivated and energetic, confident in offering suggestions and problem-solving.
- People-oriented and possess a positive working attitude
