**Overview**:
The School Librarian is responsible for the efficient day-to-day operations and administration of the school library, ensuring smooth circulation of resources, maintenance of the library system, and provision of support services to students, teachers, and staff. Additionally, the School Librarian oversees the implementation of library policies and procedures, manages library facilities, prepares reports, supports library programs, and coordinates with stakeholders to enhance the library's role in supporting teaching and learning.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day library operations, including circulation, maintenance, and user services.
- Implement library policies and procedures, ensuring collection relevance and inventory maintenance.
- Oversee library facilities and curate student artwork displays.
- Prepare reports on library usage and activities.
- Support library programs, including extensive reading initiatives and user education.
- Coordinate parent volunteers for library events.
- Provide assistance to teachers and undertake additional tasks as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum GCE ‘O’ level certificate
- At least 3 years experience in working in library
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

**Specifications**:

- Contract role.
- Location: Potong Pasir
- Weekdays, 8am to 5pm
