Operations Analyst - COO- Singapore (6 months FTC)

Are you client orientated and can work well under pressure? Do you have an understanding of Financial Markets? If this could be you then we have a great opportunity for an Operations Analyst to join our team based in Singapore.

A bit about the job:
In this role you will be supporting the trade flow process of all asset classes such as fixed income, equities, derivatives, and unit trusts. You will be working closely with the investment team and liaising with both internal and external stakeholders. Your key accountabilities within this role will be to manage the oversight of service providers and manage the day-to-day operations which include:
- Cash, position holdings reconciliation, cash, and trade management, including cash and assets transfer- Static data setup, review, stale pricing updates- Monitoring of corporate actions- Monitoring of collateral margins- Booking of unit trust trades- Month end reporting

In addition to this you will provide support to the team on day-to-day operational support of internal mandates and sub advisory mandates. This can also include documenting operational memorandums and other ad hoc processes for clients.

Understanding of Financial Markets/ Instruments including:

- Product knowledge of Fixed Income, Equities, Derivatives
- Singapore Unit Trust
- Cash & Stock Reconciliations
- Corporate Actions
- Middle To Backend Office Functions
- Blackrock Solutions system (advantage)
