**Roles & Responsibilities**
- **Experience or passion about Web 3.0 and the creator economy is a plus.**:

- **Manage and grow traffic and engagement on Collab Asia’s brand assets, including websites and social media channels, locally and regionally.**:

- **Develop and execute content strategies (blog posts, articles, newsletters, communications materials etc.), and manage the overall content calendar.**:

- **Internal communication - manage and create materials for internal communication (eg. internal newsletter, creative assets, knowledge base, etc.).**:

- **Support sales staff in responding to project briefs and develop creative proposals for brands, agencies and creators.**:

- **Build thought leadership posture and act as a brand custodian, to ensure organizations brand guidelines are adhered to.**:

- **Experience running organic and paid campaigns from end to end on popular social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, TIkTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).**:

- **Experience building, managing, and retaining communities for Web 3.0 projects on DIscord, Telegram, Twitter, Reddit, etc.**:

- **Assist with both regional and local marketing and PR initiatives by researching, organizing, and participating in conferences and industry events.**:

- **Work collaboratively with other teams, locally and internationally, to help with ongoing initiatives and special projects; foster a culture of continuous process improvement.**:

- **Participate in training relating to digital video, online advertising, influencer marketing and related industries.**

**Requirements**:

- **At least 4-5 years of experience in a fast-paced company, B2B or brand marketing role. PR or marketing agency experience is a major plus**:

- **Excellent command of English - both written and verbal communication skills to communicate effectively with clients, management, and cross-functional teams.**:

- **Experience with using analytics and marketing tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Marketo, Hootsuite, etc.) and other sentiment measuring tools across multiple platforms.**:

- **Strategic, creative thinker with ability to find solutions and deliver results within a rapidly changing, entrepreneurial, start-up culture.**:

- **Experience working in the creative industry or with social media influencers; Knowledge of social media landscape and emerging trends Web 3.0**:

- **Team player who can work collaboratively across offices and develop relationships with stakeholders at all levels.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $5,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
