**Key Responsibilities**:

- Crew Uniform Operations and Projects
- Liaise with Procurement, STC uniform store, BUs and Unions on operational matters
- Manage uniform entitlements and queries from crew
- Work closely with BUs, Unions and Procurement on feedback on design, materials and workmanship
- Review uniform requisition and enhancements to improve employee experience
- Provide support for uniform app after launch and roll out any system changes as and when required
- Report and analyse uniform utilization and operational feedback
- Management of Inhouse Canteens and Inhouse Restaurant
- Work closely with third-party canteen operator on contract, billings and stall management
- Manage all operational issues in inhouse canteens and restaurant
- Other Benefits Procurement Activities
- Prepare tender documents for benefits procurement
- Support analysis and evaluation of proposals

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in HR or related fields
- Analytical, meticulous, detail-oriented with strong numerical competency
- Knowledge of SAP HR or SuccessFactor module would be an advantage
- Experience in HR shared services/service centre operations preferred
